When the sky has split [open]

And has responded to its Lord and was obligated [to do so]

[84:2] Al-Inshiqaq (The Sundering - Splitting Open)

And when the earth has been extended

[84:3] Al-Inshiqaq (The Sundering - Splitting Open)

And has cast out that within it and relinquished [it]

[84:4] Al-Inshiqaq (The Sundering - Splitting Open)

And has responded to its Lord and was obligated [to do so] -

[84:5] Al-Inshiqaq (The Sundering - Splitting Open)

O mankind, indeed you are laboring toward your Lord with [great] exertion and will meet it.

[84:6] Al-Inshiqaq (The Sundering - Splitting Open)

Sahih International

Then as for he who is given his record in his right hand,

[84:7] Al-Inshiqaq (The Sundering - Splitting Open)

Sahih International

He will be judged with an easy account

[84:8] Al-Inshiqaq (The Sundering - Splitting Open)

Sahih International

And return to his people in happiness.

[84:9] Al-Inshiqaq (The Sundering - Splitting Open)

Sahih International

But as for he who is given his record behind his back,

[84:10] Al-Inshiqaq (The Sundering - Splitting Open)

He will cry out for destruction

[84:11] Al-Inshiqaq (The Sundering - Splitting Open)

Sahih International

And [enter to] burn in a Blaze.

[84:12] Al-Inshiqaq (The Sundering - Splitting Open)

Sahih International

Indeed, he had [once] been among his people in happiness;

[84:13] Al-Inshiqaq (The Sundering - Splitting Open)

Sahih International

Indeed, he had thought he would never return [to Allah ].

[84:14] Al-Inshiqaq (The Sundering - Splitting Open)

Sahih International

But yes! Indeed, his Lord was ever of him, Seeing.
