In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

By the star when it descends,

[53:1] An-Najm (The Star)

Sahih International

Your companion [Muhammad] has not strayed, nor has he erred,

[53:2] An-Najm (The Star)

Sahih International

Nor does he speak from [his own] inclination.

[53:3] An-Najm (The Star)

Sahih International

It is not but a revelation revealed,

[53:4] An-Najm (The Star)

Sahih International

Taught to him by one intense in strength -

[53:5] An-Najm (The Star)

Sahih International

One of soundness. And he rose to [his] true form

[53:6] An-Najm (The Star)

Sahih International

While he was in the higher [part of the] horizon.

[53:7] An-Najm (The Star)

Sahih International

Then he approached and descended

[53:8] An-Najm (The Star)

Sahih International

And was at a distance of two bow lengths or nearer.

[53:9] An-Najm (The Star)

Sahih International

And he revealed to His Servant what he revealed.

[53:10] An-Najm (The Star)

Sahih International

The heart did not lie [about] what it saw.

[53:11] An-Najm (The Star)

Sahih International

So will you dispute with him over what he saw?

[53:12] An-Najm (The Star)

Sahih International

And he certainly saw him in another descent

[53:13] An-Najm (The Star)

Sahih International

At the Lote Tree of the Utmost Boundary -

[53:14] An-Najm (The Star)

Sahih International

Near it is the Garden of Refuge -

[53:15] An-Najm (The Star)

Sahih International
